Returns Policy
  • All dresses are ex sample dresses and the reduced price reflects that it may have some minor wear and tear from being tried on in the shop. We make a note of any in the descriptions of the dresses, and will provide you prior to completing the purchase any marks or defects for you to confirm whether wish to continue with the purchase. Dresses are not dry cleaned prior to sending.

  • Please try the dress on in a clean and tidy environment....away from food, drinks, children and animals. It would also be wise to be make up and perfume free. It can take a split second to transfer something to a dress.

  • All Sale dresses must be paid in Full at time of purchase.

  • The price quoted is for the dress only and does not include shipping costs. These will be confirmed at check out.

Delivery Times

  • Once you have placed your order, we will aim to post your item within 4 working days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched by Wednesday.

  • In the event we are unable to supply your goods within 7 days, we will advise alternative options as soon as possible.

  • Please note that while stock levels are live, dresses remain on our shop floor until they have been purchased and paid for and we only have one of each dress.

  • We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company’s appointed courier.

We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally however, we know that you may want to return items. Our easy return policy applies to all orders place ONLINE ONLY. Orders purchased in store are subject to different terms and conditions.

  • To return an item please contact us first so we know to expect the item as we are not open every day. To begin the returns process, please email hello@andshelovesbridal.com

  • Once dispatched to you, we accept the return of items only if they are unworn and are in their original and resalable condition i.e. clean, intact with hangers and all tags still attached by their original means, and in the original packaging it was sent.

  • Garments that have deodorant stains, make up marks, stains, pulls, runs or odours will not be accepted for return. All items are carefully checked over before they are sent out and as such we can confirm the condition they were in when they left us.

  • Your right to cancel an order starts when you place your order and ends 14 days from when you receive the goods. All items are tracked and signed for so the goods are deemed to be received by you when they have been signed for.

  • Should you wish to return an item it must be back with us before the end of the 14th day, otherwise we will not accept the returned goods.

  • You are responsible for the safe return of the goods to us, including the cost of doing so. It is recommended that you insure your return parcel in case of loss or damage. If the item is lost in the post, you as the sender are responsible for making a claim. You will not receive a refund for items not received by us. We kindly ask that you make sure you send the delivery tracked and signed for and fully insured.

 

Refunds

  • If you return the goods within the timescales above and provided that the terms of this agreement have been met, we will issue a refund for the dress excluding the original postage costs you paid towards the delivery fee. We will contact you to arrange a refund using your original payment method within 7 days of receipt of the items by us.

  • We will endeavour to send you an email to let you know when we have processed your refund.

    This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
